Wilson Samson helps founders and business owners turn their companies into self-sustaining businesses that don't depend on them every day. With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience, he specializes in designing systems that let leaders step back, reclaim their time, and focus on what matters most.
He holds a Master's in Public Administration and Policy from Miva Open University Abuja, and a B.Sc. in Psychology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He is a Certified Professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) and holds the UK's International Award in Delivering Training (IADT).
His approach combines step-by-step business system design, clear team training, and easy-to-follow guides, helping business owners simplify operations, build teams that don't need constant oversight, and grow their companies without burnout.

Wilson currently serves as Chief Growth Officer and co-founder of Litera-Forge Ltd, applying the same systems-first approach to building a company that runs on process, not on him.
